This is a response to *** ***'s complaint for a refund of $ There seemed to be miscommunication between the staff at the club on the details of ***'s contract The cancellation was completed but the person who processes the cancels, outside of the West Roxbury club, did not
have sufficient details With that said *** is correct and will be refunded the $ This refund will be put into place today, June 19th, and will go onto her card on file within 5-business days
In regards to this claim. It looks like it was sent in to the Revdex.com on 1/23/16. She was refunded on 1/24/16 her initial $118. Copies of both transactions can be pulled and sent to the Revdex.com if necessary. Hopefully after this response all can be cleared up. Please reach out to the...
