Fit Republic

The club is closed due to the covid19 virus but they have continued to draft my account for membership fees . I am unable to speak to a person and have not been able to locate any information for a corporate office. When I signed up for this gym is was by another name and if bought out I have never given them permission to pull from my bank account . I want my membership cancelled but due to the virus I am not able to speak to anyone @ the gym .

Unauthorized charges to my card for over a year after closing my account
Tried going through their member service with no success or any answers after multiple Email exchanges.

I was told I could bring a guest. I asked if age was an issue, and was told no. I need to sign a waiver.
Came into the club and was refused.
Not only refused, but rudely interrupted while speaking and refused.

Then, the "Manager" also refused to give me the corporate phone number, or her managers name.

Pathetic that they put a little girl in a position requiring an adult who understands problem solving and customer service.
