Fit Republic

I went in one night and requested info about a trial pass and was told it was $ 5.00
and was instructed to use debit card and subsequently asked to fill out some paperwork for a trial work out and pay via debit card and provide ID.

I was assured that this was only a one time charge of $5.00 .
I never went back to the place and 6 months later noticed I had been billed for the last 6 months as a full membership.
Upon calling Fit republic they said I had signed the documents to sign up but they wont
provide proof /copies of the documents nor will they allow me to speak with the rep that misled me and made unauthorized contract VIA misleading flat out lying about the charges and agreements made.

The manager of the san jose Meridian branch (Conchetta) stonewalled me and denied me even the opportunity to review the documents and also denied me a chance to meet with her to review this issue,

I am an law abiding member of this community and Fit republic has seen it their right to willfully Scam me out of 8 months of fees and wont even be professional enough
to return any communication in this matter nor show me the documents nor any info regarding their credit Card Scam.

Please be careful with this company or at least the San Jose Meridian Branch.

I am currently trying to contact upper management of Fit republic in the hopes they are more professional and honest than the San Jose Meridian branch crooks.
