 02/12/2016 at 12:03 P.M. She did provide us with a claim number on: Feb 13 16:24  case #number [redacted]. She stated to us that she wanted both a reshipment and a refund. We did state we can only provide one, which she asked us to reship. With the new shipment the UPS tracking number is: [redacted]  Delivered On: Thursday,  02/25/2016 at 10:55 A.M. This issue has since been resolved.
