Review: I've had signed up with a non contract personal trainer , I had payed the first months and the put my card in there system, that was in april, the first of may I had contacted them and told them I would not be in the state of new jersey so it made no sense to pay for the month of may they still charged me anyway but guarented me a full refund the first of may two weeks later passed by and nothing I called and called and called and called. Left voicemails continuiously but nothing and text messages too but nothing. So I decided to call from a different number and behold the guy finally picked up to be surprised it was me, he apologized and assured me again that the problem will be fixed and it wouldn't be a refund but instead they will send me a check of 148$ for what was taken out of my account just to text him my address and so I did. And now two weeks later and being in June still no check still no answer, called the gym they are no longer there, left voicemails everything and nothing.Desired Settlement: I want my full refund back.
