Review: I have two Fiskars Leaf Rakes (Item 96605935J). These rakes are both covered by a lifetime warranty. Both have broken in the same fashion, where the head of the rake has broken off of the handle. I made a request for replacement parts on November 9, 2014. I received a confirmation email that my request was received and to expect the replacement parts in 12-15 business days. The replacement parts never came. I attempted to contact the company regarding my request by email on March 18, 2015, informing them that I still have not received the expected replacement parts. I received a confirmation email that my message was received and to expect a response in 3-5 business days. I have waited over a week, and I still have not heard back from the company.Desired Settlement: I need two leaf rake heads for item 96605935J to replace the broken ones, as the warranty promises.
