Review: Brought vehicle into Fishkill Plains Garage for repairs over a course of 6 months. Several issues needed to be repaired. They told me service was done and head gasket was replaced and I was charged for the service. Issues with the car still persisted and I brought the vehicle to another shop, who inspected the supposed previous work and told me that no repairs had taken place with the head gasket. Only a hose was replaced on the engine. I never received any receipts of payment for services but was still charged for something that was not done. Fishkill Plains Garage also replaced the o2 sensors and the catalytic converter. After these repairs something was still not right with the vehicle. Again I brought the car to a different shop who told me he was getting no readings off the o2 sensors. The shop replaced the already new o2 sensors with new ones and they worked flawlessly. Fishkill Plains Garage also replaced the EGR tube on the vehicle. YET again the car was not functioning right. I brought the car to another different shop who performed a smoke test and found that the EGR tube was leaking and connected properly. I have asked multiple times for receipts of work done on the car to no avail. Fishkill Plains Garage is not answering any of my calls or messages.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the work done on the vehicle. And I expect no retaliation from Fishkill Plains Garage, a place I have been going to for years. It saddens me that this is now the route I have to take.
