We always close with Fisher and if we don’t we receive a refund if we where wrong. We are brokers ourselves. Fisher is registered and you may request D&B (Dun & Bradstreet) info to back that up. Commercial finance is a bit different from regular banking and so are the rules per State. Fisher works with the finest of private lenders.

Is David F. from Fisher Enterprises LLC a scam? My company in Singapore was ask to pay a Retainer/Broker Fees US$4,500 for a Property Project Loan. Any feedback or reviews will be much appreciated.

David Franklin is a scam-artist that took me for 3500 REFUNDABLE retainer fee. He is not licensed by the state of NY to be a mortgage broker as required by law. With his first contact he will supply a copy of his A+ rating with the Revdex.com. Why does he feel the need to defend himself from the get go? I will tell you why- because he knows that nothing but negative reviews show up in a google search. He has negative reviews that go back two decades.

I urge all people to check this guy out before having any business dealings with David or Fisher Enterprises. I wish I had. I regret the day I was introduced to him by a broker here in NC(who btw is not licensed either and referred to me by a big bank?) Go figure.

HIs response when people complain to the Revdex.com is that the borrower chose to not go through with the loan. Which is totally not true...because their was no official loan offer to begin with. Franklin has an answer for everything since he has been scamming people for years.

Review: My family and I have been harrassed by [redacted] @ Fisher Enterprises for months. I am sick of the marketin calls and now the most reccent spam that he has bombarding me with . I asked him to stop sending this spam to my family and I , and he absoultely refuses I told him to [redacted] and may attempts that I that were not so agressive and his reply is always a rude remark where mine started as a request Fisher Enterprises, LLC The Rodin Studios [redacted]Desired Settlement: I WANT HIS PRESIDENT CONTACTED and I want an apology lettter MAILED to me promising that he wil never contact me again

I spoke to [redacted] about the complaint and his response was that he does not recall who this person is and only sent him and email offering our firms services if he or his clients needed non traditional financing. He could only find one email that he sent to the gentleman.

[redacted] has taken him off his list of outside brokers.
