Review: This involves incorrect installation of a [redacted] Dishwasher ([redacted] ). The installer attempted to perform a side mount of the dishwasher. He did not read the instructions in the installation manual that required using provided brackets and #8 Hex-head mounting bracket screws to attach bracket to dishwasher on the SIDE of the dishwasher. The installer was then supposed thread #8 Phillips Special Head Screws through the dishwasher side, through the bracket and into side cabinets. Instead the installer used screws to go straight from the side of the dishwasher into the cabinet. He left the mounting brackets but not the #8 Hex Head Mounting Bracket Screws. Those are no where to be found. He also took a packet with the provided drain hose (which may have contained the Hex Head Mounting Bracket Screws) telling me he has used his own drain hose.Desired Settlement: I need the installer to return the original drain hose and #8 Hex-head mounting bracket screws.
