landscaping and constructionWe as a company do not provide topsoil (unless it is written into the contract) for top dressing lots this is an option at the cost of the lot ownerIn an effort to resolve and offset any undue cost to our valued customer and to continue a good working relationship we have agreed at our cost to replace the topsoil lost during the most recent substantial rainfallOur landscape contractor will provide and spread the topsoil in conjunction with the sod installWeather permitting this work is scheduled for the week of June 19, The complainant has agreed to this offer
