Fischer, Carillo & Associates

Review: I contacted Mr. Fischer on January 29, 2014 to prepare my 2013 tax return. I had worked with him for my 2012 tax returns and had no issues. He took an inordinate amount of time to complete my tax returns this year, and I have yet to receive my paperwork in the mail (since I worked with him last year, he closed his office and is working from home in Rocklin, so all contact has been through email and mail). He has cashed my payment check for his services. He claims that he mailed me my documents on 4/1/14, but I never received them. When I contacted him on 4/11/14, he offered to file an extension for me and send another copy via certified mail. As of 5/28/14, I have sent 4 emails and left many voicemails with no word from Mr. Fischer and no sign of my tax documents. I have also offered to drive to Rocklin and pick them up in person, with no response. He cashed my payment check of $100 on 4/4/14.Note: His new mailing address is P.O. Box 326, Rocklin, CA 95677Desired Settlement: I would like him to send my documents via certified mail or arrange to meet me in person and exchange them. If he has not actually completed my tax return, I would like a refund of the fee.
