The issue in this complaint was pre existing and was directly related to an oil burner coil problem It was not caused, and could NOT be caused by an outdoor hose bib.We will gladly explain this to the customer again, and will also suggest they contact the boiler service company...

Most unprofessional company I've ever come across !! Never showed up or contacted me after I gave him the job!! Laid off employees for no work mean while had a big job he could of done!!!
