Opened a checking acct & was told about an activation bonus. I missed one hoop & was denied. Told by staff I had everything completed.

I had stopped in after opening & went through what needed to happen & thought I had done everything. Now a year later I am expecting the bonus & they tell me I didn't enroll in MeritRewards & shop. Which I didn't know I had to but thought I did because I was getting money back when I shopped certain places. I guess Merit Rewards is different. Seems like a lot of hoops to jump through.
