This company is absolutely terrible and have no sense of customer service.

I'm currently paying ~$70/mo for Fiber Internet, however there are multiple times where I'm not even able to stream videos off of Amazon or Netflix, I tried reaching out but they in turn tried telling me it was my router that was the issue and that I should look at purchasing a new one. My router has gigabit ports, and even when disconnecting my router and connecting directly to the ISP connection my connection was not only incredibly slow (over 100ms of latency) but also experiencing 60% packet loss.

I also requested to be escalated and provided a copy of my service agreement almost a year ago. Both of my requests have been ignored. I wish there was another viable fiber solution in my area because I would gladly switch over in a heartbeat.
