I moved to the Myrtle Beach area in October of last year and was having a very difficult time finding residency because of my dog and cat. I contacted Phillips Realty and within a week and a half, I had found a wonderful home in a nice community located in Carolina Forest. While renting from them, anytime I had an issue, which was only twice, they sent Randy, a very nice and humble man, out to fix the problem the very next day. After being here almost a year, I loved the area and my job so much that I decided to purchase my first home. Since Phillips Realty had been so wonderful with me throughout my renting process, I decided to use them for my purchase as well. Linda [redacted] and Jon [redacted] worked side by side to make sure I received the best deal on my home and addressed any issues and concerns I had during this process (and there were a lot being that I was a first time home buyer). They also paid the first year on a home warranty for me, which was greatly appreciated!! I would recommend this company to anyone for business, whether it be for a rental or purchase of a home!!!!
