First Virginia Cleaners

Review: On June 9, I left dresses for dry cleaning, pick up them in week or two and paid for them. When I decided to wear one of them, I found that 3 dresses were not cleaned. So On July 7 my husband returned them and asked to re-clean again. On July 10, my husband brought only 2 dresses (one was not ready, but on receipt was written that dresses will be ready by July 10). I checked them and found: stains were not removed (one has stains from coffee, another from antiperspirant), cleaning lead to fading and discoloring - 1 dress is not wearable anymore, another still has stains from coffee. I asked for refund and was rejected. I asked to send the items to International Fabricare Institute for analysis to find whose fault it was - was rejected (they told me they wouldn't pay for analysis). I asked for explanations why we were not notified that they couldn't remove stains before they accepted dresses for re-cleaning that lead to damaging,but never received adequate response. I asked to return 3rd dress, waited for 20 minutes, they brought me the dress from another place (dress was not cleaned) and I found black stains (looks like shoeprint) on white part of the dress which were not supposed to be there. I made photos of whole dress. They promised me to re-clean it again, but I'm afraid they will ruin this dress also. I told that I will pick up 3rd dress in two week. They assured me that my 3rd dress will wait me and will be cleaned. Came there with a good mood hoping to find join solution, came out in a bad mood and very disappointed.Desired Settlement: I would like to get refund (not a store credit, because will never use their services again) for dress that is not wearable (I used it only 3 times, bought in [redacted] store, [redacted] dress, value approximately 180- 200$); full refund for their cleaning services (8.5$ for each dress, that was not properly cleaned); in case 3rd dress will be lost or damaged by cleaning - refund for that dress ([redacted], approximately 60-80$).
