institution. The student loan is in default and the borrower recently established a partial payment arrangement of $20.00 per month. I have attached the last four remittance slips that were returned with this payments. Only on the final remittance due March 1,2016, did the borrower check the area to apply the overage to a future payment. We will count the overage as his April 1, 2016 payment but that does not stop the account from being billed for the agreed partial payment.The borrower was charged a $1.00 late fee that I have transferred to his account balance.If you require any additional information, please contact my office at ###-###-####.Sincerely,DirectorUniversity Collections
