First Step Therapy

First step therapy is a joke of a company. The therapists talk about eachother, office staff is not knowledgeable of anything going on and promise to call back but never do. They are inconsistent which is such a bad thing when dealing with children who depend on that consistency. Their issues have negatively impacted my son in more ways than one
