signed up pest control services for her son’s homeThis was a one year plan that would have ran from June 2016-June The charge was $(plus tax) for pest treatments and $(plus tax) for mosquito treatments from June to October The total for both was $+ (tax) for a grand total of $Half of this balance was paid on June 28, in the amount of $The other half of the payment was supposed to have been paid in December of *** had informed the technician in June that she wanted to pay half then and the rest in six monthsShe did not pay the final amount in six months when it was dueThis would have been in DecemberI finally received the second payment of $on 3/14/After this payment was received *** notified me that she wanted to cancel the accountShe wanted a full refund for what she paid in MarchI sent her a detailed email showing a break down of what had been paid and what the service dates whereShe kept insisting that the March payment was for this yearShe refused to acknowledge that it was actually a final payment from the previous yearI broke down how many services should have been received and subtracted how many services were actually completedThis allowed me to calculate a refund based on how many services were left on the accountI calculated a refund based on thisI issued a refund to her credit card on 04/10/for $116.37.
