First State Driveway Sealcoating

In 2015, I hired the company to sealcoat my driveway and was happy with the results. In January of 2017, I received a solicitation / offer of a discounted price for the same service with prepayment. I sent a check, which was promptly cashed. Almost a full year later, I never received the service. I called several times to see about scheduling the sealcoating, and then about a refund. None of my calls were returned. I emailed the business owner with my address and phone number and information about the cashed check, asking for a refund by the end of November. No response.

First State Driveway Sealcoating sealed our driveway and we have brown spots from the sealant. When we complained they came right out to review and they saw the brown spots and we were told they would come back out and redo the driveway. We had some emails and they kept pushing off the work but we finally got a date of Oct 24th. They did not show up and we have not heard from them since.
