In regards to window repair,The customer came in with window not working and had his own motor to install.When installing motor the reulator was also broken , he purchased our reulator and usedHis motor , we only charged him 1.5 in labor when we spent at least 3 hours on repair.After install the...

window worked but would slow down at the top about in inch from closing.We informed customer the either the window frame was worped or the glass could be wrong for car.He only wanted his money back and didnt want to pursue any further repair options.We showed him if we lubed the window frame with dry lube window would go all the way up.Problem not with what we did further repair is needed.
