There were changing made a the closing table that our escrow officer was not aware offUltimately this resulted in an error that made the buyer short to closing $600, This $was supposed to go to the sellerIt's my understanding that these changes were not part of the purchase agreement or the
lenders closing instructions which are things we are supposed to follow. In short the agreement between the buyer and seller was off books. As such we were of the opinion that the buyer should pay the seller directly. On Fiday however we overnighted $to the person making this complaint so we consider this complaint resolved
