Complaint: 11514447I am rejecting this response because:I appreciate your prompt response, but, I don't think you have addressed the issue of
giving the customer the option to purchase a LTR or not.FYI: I was the only customer in the store at the time of my purchase.I appreciate the offer to refund my money, but, that is not necessary.In the future I would like to assume that myself and any other customer would be informed of the LTR and given the option to purchase it or not.Thanks, God Bless*** ***

I have attached the enclosed email that I sent to the customer.  He can bring his paperwork and get a complete refund of $35.02 at his convenience.
