First Security Service Inc

A salesperson came to my house, spent an hour looking at my system and made recommendations for upgrading the system. He indicated that he would prepare an estimate and email it to me. He never contacted me as promised. I emailed him a week after the appointment to ask him for an update and an estimate. He never responded to my emails. As a senior citizen, this lack of response was quite concerning since the person had been in my house and seen my security setup. For a security company to be this unresponsive is actually scary. I have since found a trustworthy company to upgrade my system so I no longer need assistance.
