WE WERE SO THANKFUL WE SELECTED FIRST PRIORITY APPLIANCE REPAIR TO FIX OUR REFRIGERATOR. FROM START TO FINISH WE WOULD GIVE THIS BUSINESS, AND THE SUPERB WORK OF MR ALVAREZ, 20 STARS ON A 10 STAR SCALE. EVERYTHING WAS FIXED IN A SHORT TIME! WE WOULD CALL THIS BUSINESS AGAIN FOR APPLIANCE REPAIR.

The owner , Jose, tried to charge me an excessive rate for entire service. He charges excessive trip charge and then an excessive labor fee. His ad on Angie's List states 10% discount and he does not even calculate that correctly! He was rude, arrogant and gives very poor customer service. Just want to warn others before dealing with this company!! I paid excessive trip charge of $65 and asked him to leave when he became argumentative!! Just wanted him GONE!! I would like at least half my money back for excessive trip charge fee!! I think he was unfair and really needs to improve attitude in dealing with customers!!!
