Last time I made a complaint First Premier complained that I was a bad person Now they are calling me again This is sick This is absurd This is illegal in violation of USC

First Premier Funding came recommended by one of my suppliers, at first I admit I was a little hesitant, but after calling to get some more information and speaking with John, I shared my plan to expand my business with him....he actually took the time to listen to me, and brought up several scenarios I hadn't thought of, afterwards I felt much more comfortable and as if I had a new business partnerHe guided me through the process and got me the funding I need, we came up with a long term plan as well and I plan on using him again in a few monthsVery professional and thoughtful, way better than dealing with a bank and just being another numberFirst Premier Funding is simply wonderful!!!!

Very simple process to get funding, John and Anthony were very helpful in getting my loan processed and fundedWas very fast and only took about days, they knew exactly what they were talking aboutGreat Experience!

Dealt with Dan M & Anthony very easy to deal with and helped me get the funding I needed to purchase building material for a large job, they actually called me after I signed the contract and offered me a better deal that came along and offered to void the original contract bc it was in my best interestVERY IMPRESSEDwill use again and highly recommend !!!

This response is a canned and bogus template that in fact does not address the fact that First Premier Funding actually made an illegal call to me and to thousands of others on the DNC.  Their violations are knowing and wilful.  It is sickening and utterly disgusting that businesses like this continue to operate in direct violation of federal and state criminal laws.  See 47 USC section 501 and 227
