Review: On May 8th of 2014 we agreed to purchase 1 megawatt of solar panels from Bruce W[redacted] and his brother Jerry W[redacted] aka Jerome W[redacted].
We advanced them the funds which they promised to hold in a secure escrow account in exchange for delivery of the panels. They delivered less than half the panels and kept the rest of our money. Per a recorded call with Jerry W[redacted] "someone misappropriated the escrow money".
Furthermore some of the panels they delivered we found out were used.
The rip off the W[redacted] brothers have perpetrated against us has caused us significant harm and damageDesired Settlement: The panels we paid for or the return of our money.
