I purchased two snow blades on [redacted] One of the blades worked perfectly, the other did not work. I could not use the blades until the first snow. I was able to use the blades on [redacted] The very first time I used the nine foot power angle blade, the trip edge kept tripping. Withing thirty minutes, I called the owner of First Place Welding/Sno Bandit. We discussed various options that may fix the problem, but none of his suggestions worked to fix the problem. The agreement was that he was to send me [redacted] worth of parts, and I would repair the blade myself. He never sent the parts. At first he was responsive, promising the parts would be sent. They were never sent to me. He is no longer returning my calls, texts, or emails.
