Review: took my ford truck into kings ford of Lenoir n.c to have transmission fluid checked and he said it was a lil low and he pulled it into the garage and he put some in and when I left the dealership about a mile down the road transmission fluid was pouring out from the transmission .went to the dealership and told the service manager and he sent two guys out to look at the truck .the service manager has the truck towed to the dealership and he said he would make it right then he calls me back later that day and says that hes not at fault .I just want them to be responsable for there mistake and make it rightDesired Settlement: I want them to repair the truck correctly and not with some old parts out of a junk yard like they said they would do
