There are three specific complaints : advertising, customer service, and billing
In June I subscribed to a one month offer for 5.99$
I used the service for that one monthI was billed on my credit card in September for 5.99$
I was surprised in November to get an email that had been charged an additional
I called several times, to let them know I did not request this, I got no response
I was busy and away for December and did not carefully check my credit card statement, but at the end of December I saw charges of for October, November and December
I called again with no response and then emailBy email, I got a response from *** *** saying there is auto renewal and they do not issue refunds
However, there was no indication on the site, to me or by email of any auto renewalI requested a refund or some compensation for misleading advertising and my requests and complaints have been completely ignoredThank you*** ***
