To whom it may concern:Due to privacy regulations, I am limited as to what information I can provide but I will give a broad overviewI was emailed by the consumer with her concern on April 16, and, after reviewing the account I mailed a letter back to her on April 24, 2017.In the letter, I stated that when the loan was disbursed there was a contractual agreement, signed by Borrower and Co-Borrower, that specifically notes the term, interest rate, due date and payment amountAlso, included was payment history and the dates and information that was included on the delinquent notices.According to payments that have been applied to this loan, including the $payment made on March 10, 2017, the credit union has reported accurate information to the three credit bureaus
