Review: I am the rent representative for my grandfather, [redacted], who resides in a building managed by First Ocean Realty. My grandfather recently renewed his lease and we have been waiting for (7) seven weeks for the management company to return a signed copy of the lease for my grandfather. I called several times over the past few weeks and able to get anyone on the phone. When I leave a voicemail message, no one calls me back.Desired Settlement: I would like for someone to return my phone calls and mail a signed copy of my grandfather lease renewal to him as soon as possible.
