First National Realty- Richard Scarbrough

My wife and I are currently having to deal with Richard Scarbrough and have been treated very unprofessionally. She first attempted to call him asking to see a house that was listed under his name when he was avoiding showing saying things like we might not me approved for this listing.(the bank has already qualified us for $200K and we're looking at a $130K listing) After submitting an offer of $123K because the house has been on the market for nearly 200 days we don't hear back from him for a week with either an acceptance or counter offer. When he does reply he insists on $130k and is very rude and condescending to both my wife and our Realtor. In my experiences I believe him to be one of the worst and unprofessional Realtors out there and highly advise EVERYONE to avoid buying and selling from this man and agency. ","neg-1
