Bank withdrew funds ("maintenance fee") in the amount of $12/month from my account without my notification or permission from November, until August 2016, when I closed the account (a period of months or $120) I contacted the bank office on numerous occasions to remedy the situation In January, they told me that I must transfer more money into the account to avoid fees, which I did However, they continued to deduct the $service fee on a monthly basis

have a minimum daily balance requirement of $500 to avoid a $12 maintenance fee. The minimum daily balance requirement was in accordance with the terms and conditions of the business checking. In November and December of 2015 the business account was charged $12 each month for falling below the minimum daily balance requirement. On January 7th of 2016 there was a refund credit of $24 put back into the account. The business checking account did fall below the $500 minimum daily balance requirement each month thereafter. A monthly statement was mailed to the address on file. The maintenance fees assessed to the business checking account are valid according to the terms and conditions of the account; however, on August 8th, 2016 there was a $42 refund credit to the business checking ending in [redacted]. The total amount refunded was $66, which is slightly over half of the accessed fees. As mentioned above the maintenance fees are valid according to the terms and conditions of the product however as a customer courtesy the $66 was refunded.
