Thank you for the call regarding this complaint and I apologize for the delay responseI spoke to Ms*** regarding this issue w/ her water heater and I’m glad to say that she mentioned it has been resolved since mid-FebruaryI reviewed her work order history and every time she calls we would go
out and check/ fix it but unfortunately, the water heater wasn’t responding the times we fixed itIt seemed to work for a little while and then the water would get cold again. I told Ms*** if she had any more issues w/ her water heater or anything to not hesitate and contact me directlyThank you for all your help ***Please let me know if you need anything else from us
