Do not use this company My loan was paid off years ago A year later (this past summer), their attorney calls me to pay my final balance of $something They call me today asking me when I'm coming in to make a payment I told them I haven't had a balance with them in over a year She says Oh...I tell her since I have them on the phone I need them to update that on my credit report to show a $balance, which I've asked them to do times now After she transfers me without saying a single word, I've been on hold for minutes with no answer yet Bad customer service in the office too Very rude people
