no one has contacted me since I was informed it was gonna be another if they are willing to exchange for even up we can resolve this matteri also run a business when one of my parts are deemed defective we exchange with equal or better quality product and dont try to gouge the consumer

I do apologize for the inconvenience of this matter and the way it has progressedI cannot force customers to answer their phone, I cannot force them to call my main office when there is an issue with their product, I cannot stop them from leaving remarks on my *** + page, I cannot stop them from filing a claim with the *** and follow up their non-acceptance terms with allegations of “gouging”By the way the gouging remark was a nice touch to an otherwise civil responseYou are entitled to the terms you agreed to the day of your purchase Of course such things can be understood by someone who runs a business I’m more than happy to provide a replacement productUnfortunately, I do not have any standard 10” memory foam mattresses in my lineupI have a 7” & 8”, both firmer than yoursI have a 10” Gel, it’s initially softer than what you have now and twice the priceWill you like the way it feels and be happy with your replacement? Will it feel worse than what you have now if it’s too soft? These questions cannot be answered over the phone or thru a claims service I have managed to come up with two optionsThe first is that you have a $ credit from us that is good until 04-12-This is a ten year period from your point of purchase on a warranty foamThe second is that you return to the Northern Ave store that you made your original purchase at and try the 8” Gel FoamThe 8” (retailing for $ 699) is much closer in feel to what you have in your 10”If content on how it feels, I will deliver said mattress to the address on your original purchase at zero charge Option two will be valid for days from this responseThis is because that store is being relocated to the west side (***)It also creates a time-table for acceptance Again, I do apologize for the bumpy road this claim has ridden and hope to resolve it as soon as possibleMoving forward this is my final response and solution; awaiting your reply Thank you
