First Inspection Termite & Pest Management

This company came out and did an termite inspection on the house that I was purchasing. A year later I start receiving collections calls for $50 that I never paid.

They never sent out an bill, I never saw the inspector to pay the fee. I was under the assumption that it was paid within the closing costs of the house.

It would have been nice to send out a bill or give me a call in regards to the fee and not just send it to a collections agency a YEAR later??

Doesn't sound like they have their things in order.
