Review: I am a small clothing wholesaler. I sold my collection to First Impressions and have a signed PO binding the customer to the goods.

They are refusing the order and refuse payment claiming the goods are late. When in fact the goods are ready to ship 5/16/14 and the shipping window provided on the PO is 4/30/14 to 5/30/14.

This kind of practice is what puts young designers out of business.

It is dishonest and harmful.

I do not want this company to hurt another small business.Desired Settlement: I would like the retailer to take in the goods ordered and make prompt payment.
