Review: We hired First Impressions Entries & Designs, Inc. for several remodeling jobs. One was to remodel our bathroom including installing a new toilet. The toilet is loose, First Impressions has been over before and fixed by caulking the toilet tight. The toilet is loose again. I have emailed and texted the owner several times this past month and have not heard back. All of the work has 2yr guarantee, per our contact which would not expire until Spring of 2016.
