Refunded travel points
57000 travel points were to be refunded on 9-12-17 they show, in the accounting portion yet not on the customers total and I am unable to use them until they are refunded as indicated
just seeking the total refunded travel points be put back into my account.
letter has been mailed to the customer stating the following:
***,
This letter is in response to your complaints to the Revdex.com of Middle Tennessee, Inc. (Revdex.com) dated December 27, 2017 and December 28, 1017 regarding refunded travel points.
The points from your cancelled trip were credited back to your profile at the rewards center but the information about the cancellation was not subsequently communicated to the bank. The bank's system has now been updated to reflect the redemption cancellation and the points have been credited. The rewards center and the bank now reflect the same, correct information.
A copy of this letter has been submitted to the Revdex.com to document our response. First Tennessee values our customers and our reputation. We work hard to answer any question or correct any problem brought to our attention.
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
False advertising for opening a bank account with a promotional code
Opened an account specifically due to their promotional advertising for $150.
Followed their specifications listed completely, including:
Opening it by the deadline of the promotion
Opening it with at least $300
Completing direct deposit despite some issues with the bank in getting a form appropriate for my HR.
I even set up bill pay despite their website being down as we'll as their app not allowing for new bill pays to be added.
Promotion of $150 was to be paid by 9/29/17, 6 weeks after I opened the account online.
They are now telling me that because I used a mailing address in FL, even though I have a residence in NC (the address of which I sent them via a secure message), that they will NOT pay out the $150, despite repeat phone calls to resolve this with them professionally.
Pay out the $150 as advertised.
