Our Response:This claim was adjusted using nationally recognized labor time guides and original equipment manufactured parts sourced through an independent supplier As a show of goodwill we are reimbursing $to the contract holder to assist with additional labor costs charged by the repair facility which were not supported by the labor guides We have made multiple attempts to call the contract holder to discuss the issue and inform them of the additional assistance we have decided to offer but have been unsuccessful in our attempts and have not received a return call from our voicemail requests
