A check was written to First Gear Printing for an order placed on September 2, for shirts, business cards and power banks The business cards were delivered in December and the total shirts were printed and delivered in partial shipments with the final being delivered in January Despite numerous phone calls, emails and text messages, [redacted] fails to provide an update on when to expect the remaining order He does not return phone calls and states that his credit card has been charged and we should have the items soon After months of back and forth, I feel that we either need to be reimbursed for the outstanding items or he needs to deliver the product by the March 15,
