Attached is Ms ***’s statement she requestedOur policy in our handbook is payment has to be made every week whether your child is in attendance or notI didn’t charge Ms *** every week and gave her numerous gaps without collecting payments

In referencing Ms ***’s concern that she was paying full-time rates when her daughter was part-time is incorrectAt the time her Child was in care our full-time rate was $per week.So sorry for the miss communication
