I received a letter in December of 2015 from [redacted] is the daughter of the client [redacted]. I was concerned after reading the letter because it was total opposite of the situation that took place when Mr. [redacted] passed away. I was even more concerned when she mentioned the "CEO...
First Fidelity Reserve [redacted]". There is not and has never been anyone employed here named [redacted]. In her letter she said her father trusted me and that I had sent him pictures of me deer hunting. That never happened. However, I did have a great relationship with her father. I was his representative for six years. We spoke often and I helped him build sets of coins specifically for his daughters and grandchildren. While he was sick in his last few months I called to check on him often and even spoke with his daughter whom was living with him and helping take care of him. The last time I spoke to him was on his 91st birthday when I called to wish him a Happy Birthday. His daughter called me when he passed and asked what to do with his coins. I gave her my fax number and she sent the death certificate and information on the coins she knew about. I sent her a complete list of his customer history and told her we would be glad to help her sell the coins and anything else she needed. She thanked me and I assumed I would hear from her about selling the coins. A man named [redacted] contacted First Fidelity Reserve on November 7th, 2013. He told us he had coins from Ray [redacted] that he'd acquired from the family and he wanted to sell them to me. This startled me and I contacted [redacted] that day and told her. She said this man was a friend of the family and she'd sold him some coins. [redacted] didn't like the prices we offered on the coins and got upset. After a few more phone calls from [redacted] and [redacted] we never heard from them again. I was a little disturbed from the letter sent from [redacted] in December and called multiple times to clear up the confusion. There was no answer on the number she gave. I would like to figure out who [redacted] is and help this family clear up any confusion. I will try to call the phone number again. Any information you can provide me to contact them would be greatly appreciated.
