Review: I was told over the phone with the credit card application department that I was approved for a credit card, but 7 days later I received a letter in the mail telling me I was not approved for the credit card. as my first credit card particularly this affects my credit score which obviously affects my credit, and my ability to receive another credit card. this has long term unfavorable results for the rest of my, recently beginning, financial life.Desired Settlement: fidelity should grant me approval for the credit card without affecting my credit or have the application unaccounted for so it does not affect my credit
