Review: I bought my Kia Sorento 2005 on August 8th it took them a month and a half to receive my title. When I received it. the previous owners title where is says buyer's signature someone else's signature is there. When I went to the DMV to get my tags license plate I was unable to because it needed a release from the Digital Federal Credit Union so when I called the federal Auto Auction they told me that it should come on Friday. And after this month I will not be able to get another temporary tag. I will not be able to drive this car after this month if this is not taken care of I really think that nothing could be done and theyre just giving me the run around and I just want a refund and just get my money back and give them their car back because this is ridiculous I've never had to go though this before.Desired Settlement: I just want to give them there car back.

Please see the business response below: Thanks for the contact. Please note that we have been in contact with the purchaser and have provided the additional paperwork requested in order for the purchaser to register this vehicle in their State. This is a vehicle that originated from MA, was sold by a NJ dealership, and is now being registered in the State of DE where the customer resides. In order to satisfy the various State Motor Vehicle Requirements, different documents needed to be furnished to the purchaser. As mentioned, we have provided to the purchaser all the needed documents and the issue has been resolved. Thank you for the assistance.
