On August 4, 2015, we received the work order about the garage door malfunctioning A maintenance technician was sent to your apartment on August 4, and he adjusted the spring and untangled the guide wires on the garage door Upon completion the technician left the resident's copy of the work order in the correspondence tube outside of the garage door The technician left the garage door open upon completion, to ensure the residents access into the apartment On Friday, August 7, after receiving a call from the resident stating that the garage had not been fixed yet, we sent the maintenance technician back to the apartment and we researched the original work order that was placed 8/4/ The work order was completed 8/4/as indicated above and verified by the technician Upon arriving to your residence on 8/7/to check the garage door, the technician entered your opened garage and pressed the button on the wall to test the garage door The technician opened and closed the garage several times to make sure it was still working properly, as it was after he serviced it on 8/4/ It was found to still be functioning properly Our sincere appologies for the confusion

They fixed the garage door after 4 days. They tried to tell the management company they had fixed it the first day and I didn't try to shut it. That's garbage. I tried to shut the door repeatedly, daily, every day, until they fixed it. I'm not happy with their service or their lies, but at least it's working.
