1.) Return my money (FULL AMOUNT) with no issues
2.) Return the money to my lawyer and then get comfortable in Prison
Choose wisely, you guys messed with the wrong person.
I'M IN FOR A LAWSUIT.
God will damn them! Karma will prevail.
First Enroll's responses to any complaints is they are simply a billing administrator and have no part in this scam. This is true, they manage the sign-up payment and then the monthly credit card payments until the consumer cancels. So, they are the collection agency for this scam. But, this makes them an integral part of this scam.
But, when the consumer tries to use the healthcare insurance - there is none there. Salveson has been prohibited from doing business in many states and those states are allowing the consumer to re-sign up using legitimate means and providers.
Don't fall for this scam, nor put up with their falsehoods when cancelling if you have fallen for it.
I am repeatedly put on hold and then my call is dropped.
The coverage given is not what was promised. I called the next day after enrollment to cancel and they place me on hold. I have been on hold over two hours with no one picking up the line.
They have called my cell three times since I have been on hold to ask me if I want to enroll?????
Scam
The customer did not contact us until 4:21pm on January 9th. At that point she advised us that she had been trying to contact her agent (a 3rd party, unrelated to us), but had been put on hold several times without being heard. We immediately intervened to make sure she can speak with her agent AND receive her refund. By 12:27pm January 10th, the customer had spoken with her agent due to our assistance and at 2:33pm on January 10th, her money was refunded in full. This complaint should not be against First Enroll because First Enroll acted swiftly to completely resolve this matter. For this reason we also respectfully request that any complaint made against First Enroll be removed. We will also contact the customer to ensure she is completely satisfied with the outcome.

This company also goes by another name including ijc holdings . I recd a call from the owner Issac and went on an interview . I was offered a job here and after filling out docs by their outsourced company Bamboo hr I noticed some information was incorrect that was pre populated. I called their office and they said they received my check list of completed items which was very lengthy of about 7 items. Tax forms company policies , company trading info , some items seemed questionable and the anther bizzare. After telling Mr Cohen that the pre populated field which was un edible he would resend the doc . Well he resent all almost ten of the same tasks to do. Reluctantly I did it just to get it over with . The owner calls me back says he has hired over 5oo employees using this software and I don’t know what I’m doing and the job wouldn’t work out after he took all of my banking information and personal in case of emergency contact info. He told me I wouldn’t work out I’m not a fit because I couldn’t fill out the online forms correctly. I’m more than capable trust me he tried to belittle me making it my fault . STAY AWAY FROM THIS CON ! THEY ARE TRYING TO STEAL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION banking accounts etc. the office only had about four people in it . And the owner said he owns 16 companies and lives in another country . They found me in a job search board online like indeed.com
He prob has gotten 500 people’s confidential Info.
I was calling to get quotes and told the rep I did not want a discount plan I need a reg ppo plan. I have a medication to take everyday and need to see my same doctor. Was advised a plan and months later find out it’s a discount plan nobody expects the plan. I call and the lady in customer service is really arguing with me telling me that’s not true. I was enrolled in a wrong plan now I dnt qualify for open enrollment and I need my medication!
The customer/member complaint addresses two people that are not employed by First Enroll. This customer/member has placed a complaint against First Enroll but her complaint should reside with her selling agent. First Enroll is the third party administrator that facilitates the billing between the agent and the customer/member. Upon receipt of the complaint against First Enroll the member was contacted by one of our employees to gather more details. The member stated to our employee that “she felt entitled to a refund of her premium because she did not use her insurance” and that the agent would not “oblige”. Please also keep in mind that the customer/member was enrolled in the plan for 5 consecutive months (billed on a monthly basis) up until this point. When the member was informed by our employee that First Enroll is not the correct party to have filed the complaint against the member stated that she "looked up the agent to make the complaint, I didn't find the agent's name online but I found First Enroll." She "wanted to pursue every method possible" to make a complaint. The member was in agreement that First Enroll was not the guilty party but insisted that "even if its wrong" she would go after any and all parties she could find a relation to the agency with. The member had contacted First Enroll on various occasions over the 5 months that she had the plan for help with locating providers. Every interaction with the member was ended with customer satisfaction. Even when calling the member to discuss the complaint we tried to help as much as possible; a strike against First Enroll because she can not locate the agency is unwarranted.
