First Credit Finance

This company is a joke. Their staff is unprofessional and rude. Everyone plays the 'manager" role , they transfer the call to different associates and nothing gets resolved. First Credit Finance added their own insurance to my loan when I had insurance to begin with. I have requested an adjustment on my account since my monthly payment increased. They claimed they made the proper adjustments but failed to provide such proof. I have requested a payment history on my account every month when I call to make my payment. I am concerned on how First Credit Finance is handling consumers account and information. I will NOT recommend this company to ANYONE for very poor customer service, unprofessional and rude associates. If my issue doesn't get resolved I will proceed with litigation.
